THE ACFT COWLING CAME UNFASTENED DURING CRUISE AND THE PLT ELECTED TO MAKE A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING. DURING THE LANDING, THE PLT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL AND COLLIDED WITH A SNOWBANK.
