Narrative:THE ACFT WAS DESCENDING TO LAND WHEN THE ENGINE QUIT. THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO RESTART THE ENGINE WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS AND MADE A FORCED LANDING INTO A PLOWED FIELD. THE WEATHER CONDITIONS WERE CONDUCIVE TO CARBURETOR ICE.
