Narrative:THE ACFT MADE A STEEP APPROACH WITH FULL FLAPS, HIT HARD, BOUNCED AND CAME DOWN ON THE NOSE WHEEL. THE NOSE WHEEL COLLAPSED AND THE ACFT FLIPPED OVER. THE PLT STATED THAT HE DID NOT START THE LANDING FLARE SOON ENOUGH.
