THE ACFT LANDED 1000 FT DOWN THE WET RWY AND CONTINUED OFF TEND OF THE RWY BEFORE HITTING A 18 INCH DIRT BANK. THE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED. THE PLT REPORTED THAT THE BRAKING ACTION WAS 'POOR'.
