Narrative:THE ACFT LOST POWER DURING TAKEOFF AND LANDED OFF ARPT IN THE SNOW COLLAPSING THE NOSE GEAR. WEATHER CONDITIONS WERE CONDUCTIVE TO CARBURETOR ICING AND THE ABNORMALLY LONG TAXI AND GROUND TIME ADDED TO THE POTENTIAL HAZARD.
