THE HELICOPTER LEFT SKID HOOKED ON THE GUARD RAIL AS TAKEOFF BEGAN FROM A TRAILER. AS THE PLT CONTINUED TO INCREASE POWER TO LIFT, THE ACFT ROLLED OVER AND THE MAIN ROTOR HIT THE HOOD OF THE TRACTOR.
