Narrative:THE STUDENT PLT SAID HE LOST TOO MUCH AIRSPEED DURING A NO POWER APPROACH AND MADE A HARD LANDING. AFTER A BOUNCE, THE ACFT HIT ON THE NOSE GEAR AND IT COLLAPSED. THE ACFT SKIDDED OFF THE RWY INTO A SNOWBANK.
