Narrative:
ON TAKEOFF ROLL THE NO 3 WHEEL ON THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR FELL OFF THE ACFT. THE ACFT RETURNED AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. THE WHEEL BEARING WAS FOUND FAILEDDUE TO COSMOLINE CONTAMINATION.
