Narrative:THE ACFT SUSTAINED A COMPLETE FAILURE OF THE TAIL ROTOR DRINE SHAFT DUE TO FATIGUE FROM STRESS CORROSION PRECIPITATED BYPREVIOUS DAMAGE AT WHICH TIME NO LOGBOOK ENTRY WAS RECORDED TO INDICATE THAT THE SHAFT HAD BEEN INSPECTED.
