Narrative:THE PLT REPORTED THAT DURING ARRIVAL AT THE PRIVATE STRIP, HIS APCH WAS A BIT HI & SLIGHTLY FAST. WHILE LANDING, THE ACFT FLOATED IN GROUND EFFECT. SUBSEQUENTLY, IT OVERRAN THE RWY & IMPACTED A WIRE FENCE & DIRT BANK.
