DURING TAXI INTO THE TERMINAL THE ACFT LEFT WING HIT A PARKED TOW TRUCK BOOM. THE TOW TRUCK WAS NOT AUTHORIZED TO BE PARKED IN THE CLEAR ZONE DUE TO ITS HEIGHT.
