Narrative:ACFT DEVELOPED A SEVERE VERTICAL VIBRATION AND MADE A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING. FATIGUE CRACKS WERE FOUND WHICH ORIGINATED IN A CORROSION PIT LOCATED IN AN AREA OF CHIPPED PAINT WHICH HAD BEEN COVERED WITH A COAT OF PRIMER CONTRARY TO AEROSPATIALE SERVICE BULLETINS.
