THE ENG QUIT AT 200 FT AGL AS THE PLT WAS RETURNING TO A STRIP. A FORCED LANDING WAS MADE IN A WHEAT FIELD & THE ACFT ROLLED THROUGH A NARROW TREE LINE. THE CARB FLOAT WAS FOUND CRACKED & LEAKING.
