Narrative:THE ACFT WAS INVOLVED IN A HARD LANDING, COLLAPSING THE NOSE GEAR, FOLLOWED BY A NOSE OVER. THE PILOT STATED HE ADDED POWER WHICH MADE THE NOSE COLLAPSE A LITTLE SLOWER. THE ACFT NOSED OVER ABOUT 400 FEET FROM TOUCHDOWN.
