Narrative:DURING TAKEOFF, THE RIGHT WING COLLAPSED WHEN THE ULTRALIGHT VEHICLE WAS CLIMBING THRU APRX 100 FT AGL. AN INVESTIGATION DISCLOSED THAT THE RIGHT WING SPAR FAILED ALLOWING THE SECTION, OUTBOARD OF THE STRUT ATTACH POINT, TO FOLD UPWARD.
