TO AVOID POWERLINES THE PILOT MADE A FLAT SKIDDING TURN, THE ENGINE STARTED AND RAN A FEW SECONDS. THE PILOT STATED THAT WITH THROTTLE PUMPING THE ENGINE STARTED A 2ND TIME AND AGAIN QUIT.
