Narrative:WHILE LANDING ON RWY 33, THE PLT SAW SOFT TERRAIN AHEAD AS HE APPROACHED THE END OF THE RWY. HE ELECTED TO TURN LEFT OFF THE RWY TO STOP; HOWEVER, THE ACFT ENCOUNTERED SOFT TERRAIN & NOSED OVER.
