Narrative:THE PLT WAS PRACTICING WATER TAKEOFFS & LANDINGS. HE STATED THAT DURING TAKEOFF A GUST OF WIND CAUGHT THE ACFT LIFTING THE RIGHT WING. THE LEFT WING STRUCK THE WATER & THE ACFT FLIPPED INVERTED.
