Narrative:DURING TOUCH GO LANDING THE STUDENT PILOT PLACED THE LANDINGGEAR HANDLE IN THE UP POLITION WHILE STILL ON THE GROUND, AND IMMEDIATELY PLACED IT IN THE DOWN POSITION. THE GEAR COLLAPSED. THE INSTRUCTOR STATED THAT THE STUDENT APPEARED TO BE FATIGUED.
