Narrative:THE ACFT COLLAPSED THE NOSE GEAR AND DAMAGED THE PROPELLER DURING A LANDING. THE PILOT WAS PRACTICING CROSS-WIND LANDINGS WHEN THE ACFT STARTED TO PORPOISE. THE NOSE GEAR AND THE PROPELLER STRUCK THE RWY SEVERAL TIME BEFORE THE ACFT WAS STOPPED.
