Narrative:THE NOSEWHEEL STEERING MECHANISM WAS ACTIVATED AT TOO HIGH ASPEED AFTER TOUCHDOWN CAUSING A LOSS OF CONTROL. THERE WERE PRIOR INSTANCES OF STEERING PROBLEMS WHICH WERE NOT DOCUMENTED IN MAINTENACE RECORDS & THE PLT WAS NOT AWARE THAT THEY EXISTED.
