Narrative:STUDENT WAS DOING A TOUCH AND GO LANDING. WHILE CHANGING FLAP, CARB HEAT AND APPLYING FULL THROTTLE AIRCRAFT VEERED LEFT. RECOVERY WAS ATTEMPTED THROTTLE OFF BUT AIRCRAFT LEFT RUNWAY AND COLLAPSED NOSE GEAR, BEFORE FLIPPING OVER.
