THE PILOT STATED HE ATTEMPTED 2 TIMES TO LAND ON RUNWAY 17 ON THE THIRD LANDING ATTEMPT THE PILOT LOST CONTROL AND COLLIDED WITH A FENCE. THE WINDS WERE FROM 080 DEGREES AT 15 KNOTS.
