Narrative:ON TAKEOFF THE PILOT REPORTED THE AIRCRAFT WOULD NOT CLIMB BUT KEPT SETTLING BACK TO THE GROUND. THE LEFT WING HIT A FENCE POST AND THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER.
