Narrative:THE PILOT WAS LANDING THE BALLOON IN STRONG GUSTY WINDS WHEN HE SAW POWER LINES APPROACHING AND TOLD EVERYONE TO JUMP. THOSE JUMPING, EXCEPT THE PILOT, WERE INJURED. ONE PASSENGER STAYED IN THE BASKET AND WAS UNHARMED.
