Narrative:AFTER REFUELING, THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO TAKEOFF FROM A FIELD. THE FIRST TAKEOFF ATTEMPT WAS ABORTED. DURING THE SECOND TAKEOFF ROLL THE AIRCRAFT NOSE GEAR STRUCK A DITCH, CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO NOSE OVER.
