Narrative:THE PILOT REPORTED THAT ABOUT 30 MINUTES AFTER TAKEOFF, THE ENGINE SPUTTERED AND QUIT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS DAMAGED FROM A LANDING ON ROUGH TERRAIN. DURING AN INVESTIGATION, ONLY ABOUT TWO PINTS OF FUEL WERE FOUND IN THE AIRCRAFT.
