Narrative:STUDENT PILOT DURING SOLO FLIGHT APPLIED RIGHT BRAKE TO CORRECT VEER AND AIRCRAFT VEERED RIGHT OFF RUNWAY. AIRCRAFT COLLIDED WITH BUSHES AND NOSED OVER ALONGSIDE RUNWAY. THE RIGHT BRAKE WAS LOCKED AFTER ACCIDENT.
