Narrative:PILOT DID NOT STOW STARTER CRANK PROPERLY. DURING A LANDING THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN ALMOST SIDEWAYS, WENT DOWN ON A WINGTIP AND UP ON ITS NOSE. THE STARTER CRANK WAS FOUND JAMMED IN THE RUDDER CONTROLS.
