Narrative:THE STUDENT PILOT REPORTED THAT DURING A LANDING, THE AIRCRAFT BALLOONED AND HE OVERCORRECTED. THE NOSE GEAR ASSEMBLY WAS DAMAGED DURING TOUCHDOWN AND THE RUDDER PEDALS BECAME INOPERATIVE. THE STUDENT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL ANDCOLLIDED WITH A PARKED AIRCRAFT.
