Narrative:THE PILOT REPORTED THAT IMMEDIATELY ON LANDING, THE RIGHT WHEEL SKIDDED ABOUT 50 FT, THEN THE AIRCRAFT WENT OVER ON ITS BACK. HE STATED THAT THE DRIVE KEY OF THE GOODYEAR BRAKE ASSEMBLY WAS THE CAUSE OF THE LOCKED BRAKE.
