Narrative:THE ACFT DEPARTED EMMONAK AT 0157 ADT. WHILE APPROACHING FAIRBANKS THE ENGINE QUIT & THE ACFT NOSED OVER DURING AN EMERGENCY LANDING ON A MUDFLAT. NO USEABLE FUEL WAS FOUND IN THE FUEL TANKS & THE FUEL LINES WERE EMPTY.
