Narrative:DURING A SWATH RUN, A BIRD FLEW INTO THE WINDSHIELD AND THE PILOT ROLLED THE HELICOPTER TO THE RIGHT TO AVOID FURTHER BIRD STRIKES. THE RIGHT SPRAY BOOM CONTACTED THE CROPS AND PULLED THE AIRCRAFT INTO THE GROUND RESULTING IN SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE.
