Narrative:DURING A GO-AROUND THE AIRCRAFT'S ENGINE QUIT. THE PILOT ATTEMPTED AN OFF-AIRPORT EMERGENCY LANDING; HOWEVER, COLLIDED WITH BUSHES AND NOSED OVER. INVESTIGATION REVEALED THERE WAS A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF FUEL ONBOARD.
