Narrative:THE PILOT STATED THAT THE ENGINE FAILED WHILE ENROUTE AND AN EMERGENCY LANDING WAS MADE IN A CORN FIELD. HE ALSO REPORTED THAT THE LOSS OF POWER WAS DUE TO CARBURETOR ICING. THE AIRCRAFT WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED AND THERE WERE NO INJURIES.
