Narrative:DURING LANDING ROLL PILOT SAID RIGHT BRAKE MALFUNCTIONED. HIS ATTEMPTS TO CONTROL AIRCRAFT WITH RUDDER FAILED AS AIRCRAFT SLOWED. AIRCRAFT LEFT RUNWAY AND COLLIDED WITH A DITCH. BRAKE HAD AIR IN THE LINE.
