Narrative:THE PILOT WAS DISCUSSING SHORT FIELD LANDING TECHNIQUES AND THE USE OF FLAPS WITH THE STUDENT PILOT/PASSENGER AND FORGOT TO LOWER THE LANDING GEAR. THE WHEELS UP LANDING RESULTED IN SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT.
