Narrative:THE AIRCRAFT DRIFTED OFF THE SIDE OF THE RUNWAY DURING LANDING. POWER WAS APPLIED FOR A GO-AROUND, HOWEVER, THE PILOT STATED THE APPLICATION OF FULL FLAPS (40 DEGREES) PREVENTED LIFT OFF AND THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER.
