Narrative:DURING THE INITIAL TAKEOFF WITH A LOAD OF FERTILIZER THE ENGINE LOST POWER AND THE LOAD WAS DUMPED. A FORCED LANDING WASMADE IN A PLOWED, WET FIELD AND THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER. INVESTIGATION REVEALED THE CYLINDER HEAD FAILED.
