THE PILOT ELECTED TO MAKE A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING ON A HIGHWAY MEDIAN DUE TO LOW FUEL AND WEATHER CONDITIONS. DURING THE LANDING ROLL THE AIRCRAFT COLLIDED WITH MARKER POSTS AND NOSED OVER.
