Narrative:WHILE APPROACHING THE TETERBORO AIRPORT, THE PILOT ENCOUNTERED A BIRD STRIKE WHICH BROKE THE WINDSCREEN. THE PILOT REPORTED THAT HE WAS PARTIALLY BLINDED WITH BLOOD AND FEATHERS. HE REGAINED HIS SIGHT AND LANDED THE AIRCRAFT AT TETERBORO.
