Narrative:THE PILOT REPORTED THAT THE WIND WAS FROM 200 DEGREES AT 22 GUSTING 30 KNOTS. WHILE TAXIING EASTBOUND FROM THE RUNWAY, A GUST OF WIND LIFTED THE RIGHT WING AND TAIL, AND THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER.
