Narrative:THE AIRCRAFT WITH A FULL LOAD AT A HIGH DENSITY ALTITUDE (7800 FEET) FAILED TO CLIMB. UPON TURNING DOWNWIND AT LOW ALTITUDE THE AIRCRAFT APPEARED TO STALL AND COLLIDE WITH THE GROUND.
