Narrative:THE PILOT REPORTED THAT DURING A BANNER PICK UP, HE MISSED THE BANNER, AND ON CLIMB OUT, HE ENCOUNTER WINDSHEAR AND STALLED. THE PLANE CRASHED BEFORE RECOVERING FROM THE STALL. HE REPORTED THAT THE WIND WAS GUSTING TO 20 KNOTS.
