Narrative:THE PILOT WAS PRACTICING AUTOROTATION FROM 15 TO 20 FT AGL. ON THE FINAL LANDING, THE HELICOPTER TOUCHED DOWN HARD AND THE MAIN ROTOR BLADES FEXED DOWNWARD AND STRUCK THE TAIL BOOM.
