Narrative:WHILE PRACTICING NORMAL APPROACHES AND LANDINGS THE STUDENT ALLOWED THE AIRCRAFT TO GET TOO LOW ON FINAL APPROACH. THE INSTRUCTOR TOOK THE CONTROLS BUT WAS UNABLE TO PREVENT A TOUCHDOWN SHORT OF THE RUNWAY THRESHOLD.
