Narrative:
WHILE LANDING ON A SNOW COVERED DRIVEWAY IN AN AERONCA EQUIPPED WITH SKIS THE LEFT WING RAISED UP AND THE RIGHT WINGTIP CAUGHT THE GROUND. THE PILOT STATED THE WIND WAS GUSTING TO 18 KNOTS.
