Narrative:THE PILOT STATED THAT DURING THE APPROACH HE WAS MOMENTARILY BLINDED BY THE SUN. THE AIRCRAFT COLLIDED WITH THE TOP WIRE ON A FENCE AT THE END OF THE RUNWAY PULLING IT DOWN ONTO THE RUNWAY.
