Narrative:A Philippine Navy Robinson R22 Beta II, operated by Naval Air Wing Training & Doctrine Center 50, was spinning around behind a market. while performing an emergency landing near Cavite City Public Market in Cavite City, a part hit a tree behind the market and the helicopter finally impacted the ground. The helicopter was in a training when it crashed.
Both occupants survived, but the instructor was declared dead upon arrival at the hospital, while the Ensign died in the hospital.
The helicopter was fatally destroyed and it was the only remaining R22 in the Navy fleet of the Philippines.
