THE PLT (NON-INST RATED) & 2PAX DEPT LOGAN AIRPORT UNDER EXTREME IMC CONDITIONS. VISABILITY IN ICE FOG WAS DOWN TO JUST A FEW FEET. THE A/C CRASHED DURING A RT TURN AFTER T/O.THERE WERE NO SURVIVORS. CAUSE:
